Compensation and Benefits

Salaries for 2016-2017, effective July 1, 2016 (salaries and benefits are subject to change):

  • PGY1.........$54,584
  • PGY2.........$55,996
  • PGY3.........$57,554

Education Stipend:

  • PGY1.........$10,000 in first year, paid in one lump sum at end of July; $1,200 iPad stipend, paid in one lump sum at end of July
  • PGY2.........$5,000 paid in one lump sum at end of July

Vacation Days:

  • 21 paid vacation/sick days (PGY1 & PGY2)
  • 28 paid vacation/sick days (PGY3)
  • 6 paid holidays
